Delete your account and data
Deleting your account removes your Mori and every record. It cannot be undone
In the app
The fastest way: it is deleted at once.
- Tap the Status button at the top of the room (or the hearts) to open the Status screen
- On the Account tab, tap Delete account and data
- Tap Delete again to confirm
Without the app
Email the address below from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request" and your Mori’s name.
We confirm it is you, delete everything within 30 days, and email you when it is done.
An account without a linked email cannot be verified, so it can only be deleted in the app.
What is deleted
- Account
- sign-in details and email address
- Moris
- your Mori and past Moris, stats, memories, journal, chat history
- Friends
- friendships, letters sent and received, visits
- Decorations
- owned decorations, including those bought in the Shop, your room layout, and the hat and aura your Mori wears
- Purchases
- products bought and transaction numbers (refunds are asked for at the store)
- Reports and blocks
- reports you made and your block list
What stays
The shared progress of restoring the Net keeps only its number; it cannot be traced back to you.
Purchase records are kept by the App Store and Google Play under their own policies.
Deleting your account does not refund purchases; refunds follow each store’s policy.
Service logs are kept for up to 30 days to fix problems, then deleted.
App usage statistics, not tied to your account, are kept for 14 months, and crash reports for up to 90 days, then deleted.
